Equipment description:
It is a fully automatic fold mask production line (typical models such as N95 masks).
The equipment is loaded in a full roll. Multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls are subjected to compound roll welding. The nose line is unwound and cut after welding. After being rolled and cut to length, it is welded, and then the body is folded in half. After ultrasonic welding and fusion, the final mask is rolled and formed.

Equipment operation
Safety inspection: check and confirm that there are no sundries on the front and back
of welding wheel, cutter wheel and workbench, and no other person is operating the
machine. After safety inspection and normal power on, the machine needs to carry out
the following operations.
5.1 Start up
5.1.1 Click start button
Press the start button and the machine will start to operate in its original position.
5.2 Shutdown
5.2.1 Normal shutdown
Press the stop button, and the machine will stop after the wheel cycle.
5.2.2 Emergency stop
The machine stops immediately after an emergency stop or abnormal operation. After
restart, the cutter wheel, rotating nose line feeding disc and ear belt rotating disc can
be operated again after they return to the original position. If the original point cannot
be restored after power transmission again, the elimination method is to turn off the
power supply and remove the air pressure source, then adjust each rotating disk, pull
the rotating disk to the correct position by hand, then connect the air pressure source,
and then restart the power supply to restore normal operation.
Structure introduction: The mechanical part is divided into nine structures: cloth unwinding device, nose line installation device, fuse device, ear belt feeding device, mask folding device, finished product welding device, finished product cutting device and discharging device.

Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
